Porky's Splendid Spag Bol

Spag Bol (also known in tinned form as 'Spaghetti Bolognese').

If the Greek Gods ever got bladderated which I'm sure they did, this would be the food they would eat post-bladderation! And when monkeys evolve to cook more than just meat in their ovens, this will be what they choose to cook.

You will need:

Step 1
Pour one tin of canned tin tomatoes into a frying pan, add one chopped onion and then add 1 pound of lean mince. Begin to cook!

Continue to cook everything.

You're getting the hang of this!

Start boiling the spaghetti. Mg would probably 'saute' it or deep fry it with spinach and quinoa. Not me. Spaghetti is best boiled! Cook for as long as it says on the packet.

Take the sauce off the heat.

Step 7
Now drain the spaghetti. Top tip. Use a colander.

Step 8
Pour the spaghetti into a bowl.

Step 9
Ladle on lashings of delicious sauce. Stir in thoroughly.

Step 10
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving recommendation:

A large glass of
Beaujolais red wine topped off with an un-buttered roll.
